Don't need a custom help desk solution? ExoTOUCH Systems offers basic help desk
contracts starting at just $99 per month for Windows-based desktops or laptops.
(POS terminals and POS printers extra.)
What does $99 per month get you?
- • Unique dial-in phone number with the area code of your choice. (Toll-Free available for an additional charge.)
- • Unlimited support tickets!
- • 8am to 6pm, Monday through Friday access. (Discounted after-hours rate: $40/hr)
- • Invoicing on any day of the month you choose.
- • Experienced technicians helping you with your problem, not reading from a
script!
- • Discounted rate of $35 per hour for hardware not covered. (Such as POS terminals
and POS Printers.)
- • Remote Desktop Support (Internet Access Required)
Add-Ons:
- • 24 hour support - $49/month additional
- • POS Terminal and POS Printer coverage - $79/month additional
- • Next Business Day On-Site Technician - $49/month per covered device*
- • Same Day On-Site Technician - $79/month per covered device*
(Same Day service available when call received prior to 2pm PST, otherwise Next
Calendar Day provided.)
- • Cable Maintenance - $14/month additional
*Note: Any covered device must be in working order prior to service contract
activation. ExoTOUCH Systems may need to perform a site audit (free of charge)
to verify eligibility of equipent. Any non-functional equipment must be repaired
prior to activation of service contract. On-Site pricing covers labor only. Cost
of parts additional without separate parts coverage add-on.
