Warranty Details

Terms:

ExoTOUCH Systems, LLC ("Company") 90 day warranty ("Warranty") only applies to parts and labor provided by Company. Parts provided by customer are not eligible for coverage under Warrany without a separate extended warranty agreement, available at an additional cost. Warranty begins immediately upon work completion and runs concurrent with any manufacturers or other warranties for which equipment may be qualified.

Exclusions:

Company reserves the right to make the final determination as to whether or not service is covered under warranty. Inherent exclusions include, but are not limited to: Parts provided by customer**, physical damage, water damage, fire, flood, tornado, earthquake, and/or other acts of god. In addition, if Customer attempts to repair, modify, or in any other way alter the repaired system without prior written consent of Company, all warranties shall be null and void.

Alterations:

Only the Company President and/or CEO have authority to alter the terms of this Warranty. Such alterations must be in writing, signed and notarized by the President and/or CEO. No other employee, partner, officer, contractor or any other member or party to Company has authorization to negotiate or approve alterations.

SLA:

Company will make a good-faith effort to remedy all warranty issues within 1 business day of notification. This SLA is not a guarantee however, as certain prerequisites may be outside of our control. (Such as a part being backordered or not in stock.) Defects not reported within 30 days of being known may or may not be covered at the sole discretion of Company.

Costs:

Warranty service includes only labor (and parts if purchased through Company). Other costs such as transportation, shipping, loaner equipment, and non-warranty repairs are the sole responsibility of Customer. Company will notify Customer of any non-warranty costs prior to Warranty service.
